1. The applicable door frame width of this horizontal bar is 29.5-37 inches. It is not recommended to use this product for door frames outside this range.
2. The horizontal bar is suitable for solid surfaces such as tempered doors, solid wooden doors, and walls. It cannot be installed on surfaces with poor load-bearing such as glass doors.
3. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the horizontal bar is 440lbs. If the weight is greater than this load-bearing capacity, it is not recommended to use this product.
Before purchasing, ensure your door frame width is between 29.5-37 inches (75 to 94 cm). This chin up bar is not suitable for frames outside this range. The door frame must be wider than the anti-slip pads at both ends of the bar
To ensure safety, the manual specifies a maximum load of 297 lbs (135 kg). Testing shows the product can handle up to 744 lbs (337.5 kg) of instantaneous load, meeting a 2.5x safety factor. However, the pull up bar’s capacity also depends on the usage environment. Users should strictly adhere to the 135 kg limit
No Drilling, No Traces: The pull-up bar uses innovative fixative technology to stay in place. It features two large 6.5 x 1.8-inch PVC mats for added friction and stability. Four metal fixed points connect the base and bar, ensuring a secure, fall-proof design even under heavy loads
Heavy Duty Construction: Our Pull Up Bar supports up to 440 lbs (200 kg) with its 2 mm outer and 1.5 mm inner steel pipes. This pull-up bar built to last without deforming or breaking, ensuring durability for your home gym. Note: Longer use distances may reduce the load of chin-up bar
Upgraded Mechanic Lock System: This push-up bar features a new 360-degree rotatable dual gear lock on both ends to protect the bar from loosening. The doorway exercise bar has passed extensive testing, ensuring safety and sturdiness for confident use
Easy Installation: Install quickly with detailed instructions, a video guide, and arrow markers on the chin-up bar. Spirit levels on both ends ensure correct setup. Ensure your doorway or wall is solid; avoid ceramic tiles, glass or non-solid doorframe. Note: Verify the marked rotation direction; reversing it may cause locking
Integrated, Extensible Structure: Unlike most 2-section foam bars, this doorway pull up bar features an ultra long, integrated anti-slip cotton handlebar for a flexible grip. It’s sweat-resistant, odorless, and durable. Twist the bar to adjust its length from 29.5 to 37 inches (75 to 94 cm) for various workouts like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, stretching and more
Customers say
Customers find the pull-up bar to be solid and easy to install, with clear directions provided. The bar holds firmly in place and adjusts securely to fit different door sizes, while being able to support various weights, with one customer noting it can handle up to 180 pounds. However, there are mixed opinions about safety, with some finding it very safe while others report damage to doorways.

Works on my Metal door frame
Strong townhouse door frame. Could hear tension in walls when tightening.. took a chance with a mat on the floor so I wouldnt crush my knees if I fell… Each inch downwards was stable. At the top, sturdy, no wiggle, no sliding.. the rubber ends enhance the grip while the twisting bars press the grips extremely hard i to the metal frame.. i only review items that are a waste or a value. This is in my toolkit for homegyms. Im not allowed to pass this without doing a workout. The grip padding make this enjoyable to hold.

Excellent Product
Excellent product! Everything I expected. Heavy duty construction, easy installation. One caution, doorway frames maybe too weak and shift from the pressure needed to make it sturdy. I had to try four doors to find one that worked.

No Tools Needed, Excellent Pull-up Bar
This is very well made, and has a 1 year warranty. Installing it made me a little nervous, because there obviously is a lot of force on the doorframe, and there was a fear of the wood cracking. My walls are concrete, so the wood in the doorway couldn’t give much. You may see some separation of the wood in the door frame when fully tightening the bar, but just do it slowly. MAKE SURE you have a very sturdy doorframe before attempting to install this. The bar has levels on either side, which is very convenient, as it can be a pain making sure it’s perfectly level. To install, you twist each side, which slowly expands the bar, then when it’s flush, you then use the main bar to finish tightening. The bar will absolutely not fall, or come out of place, if tightened properly. When you are twisting the bar, go until it does not twist any more. I have read reviews of removing the bar can cause it to break, this does not seem accurate. I had no problems loosening the bar, and removing it. There will be marks on the wood, which is to be expected, since all that is holding it up is the pressure on either side from expanding the bar.Highly recommend, but before buying, measure the width of the doorway, just to be sure it will fit. The bar has a nice foam grip, which makes use far more comfortable.

Great For Apartments
Set up was a little weird, but all you need to do is keep twisting. In my opinion, it’s better than the ones you screw on. Does not leave damage. This thing is more secure as the sides are rubber and grip nicely. Be sure to measure your door frame first. Depending on the setup, you can only do close grip and medium grip. That’s the only downside compared to the ones that hang on the actual frame. The bar has cushion grip. So if your grip strength isn’t strong, you might have to do negatives and work your way up to actual pull ups. It’s been a month and this thing is hanging strong. I do wish I’d have a wider door frame to do wipe grip pull ups. This is really good. The only downside is I wish is for the cushion grip to be removable. Was worth the buy.Pros: Doesn’t damage door frame. Very sturdy. Reusable.Cons: Only for smaller to medium door frames. Cannot do wide grip. Foam on bar not removable.

Highly Recommend!
Great product! This pull-up bar is easy to use, sturdy, and built to last. Aside from using this for pull-ups, you could use it for inverted rows, and attach resistance bands to it and work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest, etc. This is worth more than what it is priced at. 10/10

Impressive
My partner put it up for me. I use it for exercises for an impinged shoulder. It is very easy to install. Supports my 140 lbs. My partner said it’s the most well made pull up bar he’s ever seen

Looks very well made.
I ordered this because it had the largest mounting brackets I could find wit simple adjustment.I only gave it 4 stars because I didn’t actually get to use it. Upon closer examination on the door frame where I planned to use it I found that it was a pre-hung door in a frame of MDF that was shimmed into place. If I had tried to support my weight on this thing I would have destroyed the door frame.Caveat: sadly, MDF is everywhere these days. It stands for medium density fiberboard, and it basically amounts to cardboard made from wood fibers. It’s crap, but is used because it’s cheap, easy to make in different shapes, and easy for inexperienced carpenters to work with. It chips and breaks easily, and warps almost immediately when exposed to moisture.Make sure you have solid wood door frames before buying this product.P.S. I also bought the companion support brackets for this product. Had to send them back too.

Recomendo.

Got this to add to my pull up bar as I was scared to use it without any reinforcements. This was very easy to install and so far it’s working very well holding up everything in place! The product is well made and appears to be good quality. If you’re worried about your pull up bar giving out, this product is for you! Definitely recommend it!
