Definitely has improved my skin tone and texture
I have been exclusively drinking this tea since I bought it Nov 13. I’m posting this review because I have been receiving so many compliments on my skin since drinking it. I don’t wear makeup outside of an eyebrow gel and lips. My skin is relatively healthy however due to stress and life, lifing, I felt like it was starting to show in my face. I’ve been drinking this exclusively because I really wanted to see how it worked. The ingredients definitely have helped me regulate my nervous system which has helped resuxe my stress. Stress accelerates our bodies aging response. Since I’ve been drinking this tea, i have become less reactive. More focused in general but also much more focused on me and my internal process of dealing with things. I take the tea every morning and every night. It’s become ritual. I love the smell of the tea as well. It’s called SKIN but it does so much more than that. The way this tea has supported me these past few weeks has been like therapy in a tea cup. Also, the pot I brew usually last 2 or 3 more brews from the first one. I like this because sometimes I want a lighter flavor. The flavor is perfectly herbaceious. I was really surprised when I realized this tea was focusing on helping to nourish and tone my insides so that my outward experience could reflect that. I highly recommend and want folx to understand that it will take time to really see results. I posted my pics so you can see how my skin improved. Be patient with your process using any of these teas. This experience has been worth it in both cost and benefits!

I make about 2 tsp per serving to have a little stronger taste. A little goes a long way
I love tea and was excited to try this new blend of herbal sleep ingredients. It was a bit off-putting to receive a bag with an edited ingredient list, especially since the reason for the correction was undisclosed. My first instinct was to assume something nefarious and suspicious, but soon switched to giving it the benefit of the doubt, knowing how tricky it can be for small business production, and especially for consumable goods.So I double checked that the list on the sticker had all the same ingredients listed on the product sales page (nothing added, nothing subtracted), and felt reassured enough to proceed with making my first cup of my new bedtime tea 🍵I was really impressed by the raw ingredients found inside the bag, especially the beautiful dried flowers. I chose to steep free-floating in a pot instead of packing into one of my diffusers to allow the tea ample room to bloom (and let’s be honest, I was just too excited about watching those flowers float in the water!)I erred on the side of flavor caution for my first batch, and used only a small amount of tea in my brew, but wow, was I impressed with the potency of the results! While light in both color and scent, the taste was surprisingly strong. Very earthy and sharp. This is likely variable depending on which herbs are scooped (not every cup of tea will have a full flower, for instance), but regardless of each randomized ratio per brew, the ingredients are clearly fresh and chock full of their natural properties.This is very good tea for those who value the raw flavors and benefits of nature.
